Summer Road Trip, 2025

On Monday, Jae will begin sixth-grade at Murchison middle school. Liam is starting another year of high-school at Magellan. Its been a summer filled with work, travel, community service, swim lessons, day camps, visits with friends and family, bassoon practice, and a family road trip to Santa Fe.

This stay, we had a very good spot on Don Diego — easy walks to Maria’s, Paper Dosa, and El Chile Toreado. We enjoyed days at Meow Wolf, the Randal Davey Audubon Sanctuary, and Ten Thousand Waves. Liam was our DM for an adventurous afternoon of DND, and we visited with Alissa at Kakáwa Chocolate House.
