Niçoise Salad
Joey found some beautiful Ahi tuna at the grocery store today. He looked around for a tasty and healthy recipe to use the tuna for.
He decided to make Nicoise Salad. It had kalamata olives, shallots, Italian parsley, tomatoes, green beans, boiled egg whites, and tuna.
Joey also made a shallot and mustard dressing which he used to marinate the tuna before grilling it.
It was a fantastic meal!
